AFT - ADVANCED FIREFIGHTING TECHNOLOGY has its manufacturing and R&D facility in Germany which succeeded in developing a special nozzle and a mixing chamber that create a narrow distribution of ultra-fine water mist.

The combination of the superior water mist & CAFS extinguishing technology and an ultralight Carbon fibre cylinder has allowed the new AFT 12/01 to be one of the most effective backpack systems currently available on the market. The AFT 12/01 allows significant reductions in response time because of it light weight, better accessibility and efficient firefighting thus helping controlling small to medium fires. The unique design of the system allows it to be used with all types of breathing apparatus systems.
