POST-SALES SUPPORT

A. Product Training

Product trainings are conducted at our full training facilities centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia led by Captain Bala and his team. Capt. Bala has over 20 years of experience in various search & rescue operations worldwide.

Our training centre comes fully equipped with Ambulance Service, Fire Emergency Response, Search & Rescue Operations, Flood/Water Rescue Operations, Jungle Search & Rescue Operations, and Body Recovery Operations facilities.

Upon product delivery, we offer to our customers:

  1. One-time product training (FOC)
  2. Basic Technical Courses - To ensure proper equipment usage by authorized personnel
  • Customized and/or Advanced Training Programs - Tailor-made to fit customer needs and requests with minimal charge

Note: Any request for trainings to be conducted outside the centre will incur an additional surcharge.

B. Warranty/Technical Support

We are committed to offer customers a quick after sales service which means that we endeavour to return all calls and emails within 24 hours. Furthermore, we have Service Centres set up in China and Malaysia and we also offer comprehensive online product support for all products purchased from us through our skilled and fully trained engineers.

Other than that, we also provide services that cover the areas as listed below:

  1. Spare Parts Replacement
  2. Repair – Any goods defect found needs to be reported within 14 days after delivery and sent back to our service centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

However, if any defects are found after the grace period but still within the warranty period, goods need to be returned to our service centre in Kuala Lumpur. Shipping cost of goods from the customer to Kuala Lumpur will be borne by the customer. When the product has been inspected followed by product repair/replacement, we will bear shipping cost of goods back to the customer.
